My pedicure was great but the manicure was not great. It took him like 5 minutes Not really any cuticle care at all he seemed to not put much care in to it. When I said something about it afterwards just smiled and walked away and he painted with so much space under. Looks like they are grown out for a week. I do love the massage chairs. And the pedicure was great. I'm just so disappointed in my manicure.

This place is disgusting!!! I took my mom here to get her feet done and the tools they used were horrible and filthy. Two days later she started noticing a green and yellow like layer on her toes took them off and it was a fungus infection. This place is horrible don’t ever go here. The daughter that works in there now is lazy and unprofessional Health needs to go in and look over these things with the owners!

My awful experience...I have gone to Lena's nails for awhile. I enjoyed going there because they were never busy and it was quite. On my schedule day to get a fill-in and pedicure, Michelle began to remove the gel polish from my fingernails. As I looked at my nails, I noticed that 2 of my nails had green fungus. This happens when they do not cover the entire nail with acrylic. This allows water/liquid/etc. to get in between the acrylic and your fingernail. I freaked out. She tried to dismiss it by saying it's ok, we do your nails, no worry. I said no, I'm leaving, which I did. So, I went to Queen

I always used to come here to get my nails done but the service has been terrible the last few times. They overbook and leave you waiting, 20 minutes this last time. I used Michelle and she is always rushing, my full set was put on crooked, they looked puffed up and totally fake looking and she kept nicking me with the sander. I’m done. They have had plenty of chances and the experience is unpleasant.

Customer service is great. They are kind and kid friendly. They do well with regular nail polish application but not with gel. I didn’t get that smooth finish. Also, the gel polish was applied back to the skin which will cause it to peel up as the nail grows. Queens does a great job with application.

The first few times I went here it was lovely. Now I kind of feel like an inconvenience, I have never left a nail salon so unhappy. They don't look anything like the photo, I had acrylic all over my hands, she completely changed the shape of my nails and she was hurting me the whole time. I left bleeding and in tears because I just paid $40 for something I never wanted. I want to go get them taken off but I'm scared it's going to hurt.
