Always a wonderful experience working with Michele. She is knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. Even if she doesn’t know the answer she will investigate and get an answer as quickly as possible. Michele is very honest and upfront about what is covered in the policy and what is not - I don’t have to worry about guessing or figure it out by reading through mountains of paperwork. I've been a customer for 12 years. Michele has known me and my family who are also customers for a very long time. She has watched my children grow older. Her agency is a great place to go. Not many agents know you on a first name basis. When people ask me about insurance I tell them to go to Michele Vitale and get a quote. I wouldn't switch companies even if I moved.
