At night, Ron Brosky would head to the Bethlehem Steel Mill. By day, he worked from a table on the enclosed porch of his Catasauqua row home, selling insurance policies to family, friends, and neighbors. Brosky began the split shift in 1965 and thought he'd be working it for 10 years, but he turned out to be an effective salesman.

Great customer service. Underwritten by Erie. Their response time is within a day usually for quotes. I tried getting the "budget" online coverages for my business(liability and workers comp). Needless to say it was a headache. You pay a little more, but it's priceless to have a local office with great service.
Update- had issues with an audit due to lack of communication from Brosky. Cost me 8 hours of my time and a 1600.00 bill from Erie once said and done. Won’t be back.

I had our insurance at this business about 6 years ago..left for what was a better price . Premiums kept increasing substantially. Got tired of the call center service. I am pleased to be back with a family business..I
had discussions with an experienced and professional agent. Was able to get equal or better coverages for a much lower premium. I would have moved my business for even the same premiums. It is a significant plus to deal with an agency who knows you. My wife is pleased to have someone local to call.

Hello wake up Lehigh Valley I’ve been a Broski customer for 47 years. My first policy when I turn 16 for my car insurance then when I bought my first home 37 years ago they were my insurer well not on Friday ! Unfortunately I guess I made a mistake in February 2019 we had 80 mile an hour winds that rip my roof off and my siding and after that claim… I was highly mistreated and harassed they came to my home taking numerous pictures trying to force me to change my insurance they started By harassing me about my home and started to raise all my premiums car insurance homeowners insurance

Having 2 close friends lose their homes to "major fires" this year, they kept reminding me to review my coverage. I needed to learn from their "EXPERIENCES" not mistakes!
