I found Cathy Zimmerman at a time in my life when I was feeling overwhelmed trying to process grief from multiple losses. With all my usual reference points gone, Cathy provided the anchor and encouragement needed so I could process and practice through the stages of grief on each loss, including depression and despair.
If you are anxious, depressed, in pain, or grieving and if you are interested in personal growth and transformation, we can work together to deepen your relationship with yourself; to open to who you are more fully. In this way, you will have the tools to navigate through tough times with yourself and others with grace and courage.
