Critical: Professionalism
Took my car with a custom matte paint job to get washed and I get it back with paint missing. They claim its not their fault that it was the people who painted my car. It's 2 year old paint that I've been washing consistently and never had this issue. All phones are turned off and no one is willing to help.

Had my truck detailed Saturday 11/27/21 and when I picked it up it was not very detailed (looked like a rush job). I had to point out wax spray that was left behind and areas that weren’t detailed at all. For $100.00 I would explain better job and more attention to “details”. You won’t have me as a future customer🤷♂️

If I could give this place no stars I would! What a rip off of a place! They charged me 40 dollars on my small suv and to wash the outside and vacuum it. They couldn’t properly wipe down the inside. I still had my kid’s shoe marks on the seats. When I asked how much to clean my leather seats, he said for a total of 100. So they wanted to charge me an additional 60 for them to wipe them down with cleaner. The outside wasn’t great either, bugs still stuck on my grill and windshield and rear view mirrors still dirty.

Brought my F250 today along with my wife’s car paid a total of 90 dollars. Only got a wash and vacuum. The floors were still dirty seats were not cleaned correct. I informed one of the guys that the seats were not properly cleaned he stated that it would be 100 dollars to put cleaner on them. Will never be back this place is such a rip-off.

Stopped by to get my wife's car washed several times. I prefer to get her vehicle hand-washed. From a washing perspective, these guys are great. They make the car clean -- and it doesn't take a long time.
The thing holding me back from giving this place a high rating is the pricing. When you go, you will not see posted prices for cars / trucks / whatever. Extremely RUDE!!!!
My husband came to pick up his truck and found this huge crack on it. The OWNER explained it was like that already (which it wasn't) then he said it had a chip that cracked with the water. The OWNER then told my husband he's not doing sh*** for him. Extremely unprofessional! Take your business else where If you can Bc obviously the owner does not care for someone's own personal property that we work hard for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wash was decent. Detailing was questionable. They used a stack of dirty towels to wipe down both the inside and outside of the car. Same towels as they used on other cars, the same towels on the outside as they use to wipe your interior. My car smelled like sweat and had small balls of debris/lint/who knows what on the interior. The front of the car was vacuumed decently, but the backseat was completely neglected. I'm 8 months pregnant and could've done a better job vacuuming the backseat. Judging from reviews, I was charged in the upper end of $40, and I tipped, for a mediocre wash

Took my moms car for a deep cleaning, which it needed badly, the back seats had gum, candy and god knows what from the kids. If you call back going you'll get two very different prices, I highly suggest you go and as you pull up negotiate with the individual assessing your car situation. I got a great deal for a inside shampoo and detail plus the outside which was less than 40 dollars from what I was quoted on the phone. The car came out great! And it was done in a really quick time frame.

Thanks to Yelp, I was able to search an unfamiliar (to me) area to find a car wash. Looking for one of those quick 'drive thru' places, I saw Mr Hand Car Wash. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try.
I pulled in while one car was in front of me being washed and another at the drying station. Walking up to the window, I asked how long. 20 minutes. Inside and out? Yes 20 minutes.
I went into the air conditioned waiting area. Right on the nose.....20 minutes.
My Subaru Outback hasn't been this clean since I purchased it a year ago!

I have driven past this place several times and today I decided to stop by. There was two cars ahead of mine and they got to my vehicle very quickly. I have a Toyota 4Runner that was very dirty on the outside and inside due to going in and out of construction areas (dirt and mud). They did an awesome job cleaning both inside and out. Also was able to get in an out very quickly which is a huge plus! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in the area needing to get your car washed.

After seeing the all the good reviews about this place I decide to take the drive out there. Honestly not very satisfied, don't get me wrong the people working are very hard working people and fast ! But Idk if it's my black truck, or the materials they use when drying that they left lint all over. They also left water marks that they didn't blow off properly. Had high hopes for this place and have great workers but maybe speed is not always best.

I really like this small family-run business. If you're in the area, this is one of the few hand wash places, and they have reasonable prices too, unlike other places along Louetta and 1960.
They tend to price according to how expensive your car is, so beware. A 4 door civic will be less than a 4 door bmw. My main reason for taking off 1 star. Attention to detail is superb here, and they are very quick for as few people as they have. There are generally 2 people washing the cars and they will pull it up under the canopy and have a 2nd crew of about 3 people dry the car. Payment is made

Much as my love for convenience begs me to take my car through automatic car washes, there is no way a timed hose can get into the little nooks and crannies where dirt and grime form their oft untouched layers. Feeling the need to give my vehicle a deeper clean, I decided to take it to Mr. Hand Car Wash.
I got a little turned around for my first visit since there are no clear, brightly-lit signs nor parking spaces to let you know where you ought to pull up. As it turned out, the car wash was a simple setup at the corner of a gas station - three men and a little booth where a young woman processes

These guys and gals do great work cleaning up your car! Stop on by and support they're simple yet very effective operation. For those that cannot (or choose not) to take their car to the automatic washes, this place is great to have around when you're too lazy to wash yourself. No machines here, 100% had wash. They take their time and do it right.
