Been a customer for many years. Usually new ownership comes with a humble attitude and some sort of discounts. Not here. They raised prices by 50% in some items and don’t seem to care. Not going back.

This place used to be one of the kind with great customer service. Unfortunately they changed the approach and try to take advantage of their customers. They not-only raised their prices considerably but his supervisor Chris tried to charge me extra money for my small car saying that it was considered an SUV!! Unbelievable!! Time to consider alternative car wash places where customer are treated fairly!

A total waste of $15. First time here and last time. One employee told me that they will wipe the car down after the wash for this rate but when I got out I was told otherwise by a different employee with a bit of an attitude. He told me I would have had to pay an additional $10 for that which is Ridiculous. To top it off the wash left TONS of water spots. Worse than the cheap $7 car washes. Definitely won't be back and I don't recommend.

This place used to be good, but have had the worst experience the last three times I’ve been here. If you get the full service you have to wait at least an hour for them to clean your car, not because is busy (which by the way have too few people doing this) but because it is sooooo disorganized. You have to be hunting for the next available person to tell him you are next, they finish one car and do the next one besides them without caring who was next. Nothing against the people doing this is not their fault, there are 2 guys here that are “managing” the place, one that seems to be the

They clean your car, they clean it good, they clean your car just like they should!

Can you tell this is my favorite car wash? In my quest to find the most valuable car wash, this one (so far) is my woodlands go to.

For less than 30 bucks they'll wash & minimally detail your vehicle (wipe down interior surfaces & cup holders, vacuum, blow dry etc). Because I come often, and am light on my car, this works for me, but note, if you come expecting a full detail, you'll leave disappointed.

They accept cash & card + have you in and out in like 10-15 minutes.

Self serve and send-through car wash options, with pay as you go vacuums and shampooers. The vending machine (for soaps, etc) was empty, so keep that in mind if you plan to use self service.

Come here when my car needs some TLC. Great price for auto detailing (under $30) and they cleaned my vehicle very well! Took less than an hour, but that is normal for detailing!

Hand wash stations are a waste of money. water pressure is simply off MUD pressure so it took for ever to rinse and extra time. plus the attendant running the place has zero customer service skills

Not too bad for the self serve portion of the car wash, I haven't experienced their automated wash or other services. It is very helpful that the self serve services are 24 hours. I have had issues with the change/card machine taking my money as well as the coin operated wash stalls and vacuums, but there wasn't anything I could do about it since it was late at night.

27 bucks for inside and outside, about a week prior to going I had gotten into a bit of mud in the undercarriage of my car and none of that got washed out, I have a lab that is shedding and I still have dog hair inside of my car, my moonroof didn't get cleaned and you were able to see where they had over greased some parts and others were still dry. I used to come here but I guess management changed and now are more concerned about getting cars in and out, if I wanted to detail my own car I would've and it would've been way cheaper. Save your money and go elsewhere

DO NOT GO HERE! It has been the worst experience over and over and today was my last time. They left a chunk of grease in my drink compartment and took over an hour to clean my car!! Completely unacceptable and waste of time. They only put one guy so they don't have to split tips and then they screw you and do half the job right like not taking the carpets out completely and vacuuming or wiping down the inside. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE THE WORST.

I recently relocated to The Woodlands from Frisco, TX and needed a carwash for my new car. After going through all the reviews and considering convenience of the locations I decided on this one. I had been paying $25-29 for interior exterior wash and cleaning. The drive through exterior wash was identical to the carwash I had used for more than 5 years in Frisco and the attention to detail and components of the interior detailing was almost identical. The only areas it failed to meet the experience of my long-time carwash was:
1) time taken to complete the interior detailing ... Car Wash time

These guys have always done a great job on all of the family's cars/trucks. I used to go to some of the more commercial car washes and felt like they were generally overpriced, and usually had to wait for 30-45 minutes. Car Wash Time is efficient and for the most part gets me in and out within 15-20 minutes, and I think the prices are more than fair. The finishing detailing staff have always cleaned my vehicles very well. This is my preferred place to have my vehicles washed.

Great car wash! Basic, you get what you pay for. $27 for a deep clean inside and out which lasted over a week! Most car washes you get maybe 24 hours of your car looking clean, after washing my car there, my car had that clean car shine for a week, excellent! Definitely recommend, you get a lot for what you pay!

I have been coming here for years but after today I'm not anymore. my car wasn't vacuumed when talking to the manager he got an attitude and stated " you should go somewhere else and not here". I have never experienced such disrespect at a place of business. As a business owner myself My employees know better than to speak to a customer like that. I am shocked by the type of training that these employees receive and that they think it's OK to talk to a customer like that. I am going to take his advice and go somewhere else from now on.

My undercarriage was still muddy, I didn't say anything because they were done when I noticed. I have been coming to this place for over eight years I think it's time to find a new one in the last couple years it has went downhill.

There's 5-6 self-service wash stations that are open 24/7 I'm pretty sure, as well as many more self-service interior wash stations along the sides (about 10). They also have an automatic car wash tunnel and people to dry and clean your interior (vacuum and wipe) during the daytime.

If you're a car detailing geek, you're better off doing everything yourself with one of the self-serve stations, but the full-service for ~$20 is pretty good if you're just going for a quick clean. They're usually pretty busy on the weekends from morning to afternoon.

This place is amazing, only car wash place I will ever go to. My car was filthy and had dog hair all inside. They got all the dog hair out of the carpet, mats and everywhere else. Not enough words to describe how amazing my car looks now.

Great for people who live in apartments and don’t have the ability to wash their cars by their homes. This is one of my favorite self-serve car washes.
They have separate washing bays and vacuum bays, in addition to a drive through car wash (which fyi, every drive through car wash damages your cars paint by slapping dirt particles collected from other cars back onto yours), so you can pretty much get everything done here in one trip.
Check out some of my pics to get a better idea of what this place has

Squeaky clean for a great price. I've used them for years... everything from a basic wash (which still includes hand scrubbing before going through the machine) to a full detail when selling a vehicle. They've always been affordable, quick, and most importantly they do an excellent job with a friendly smile.

Car wash time takes you quickly and does the job professionally. They hand wash and dry it. There are several stations where you can wash it yourself as an option. The prices are reasonable.

Had to wash my car so I went here. Thought, you know, probably gonna get a good car wash. Bought the most expensive wash and drove through and what do you know, it didn't clean it. Didn't even get the chalk off the window where they wrote what wash I was getting. Plus, the inside of the tunnel was moldy and not all the wash wraps were working. They "hand washed" my (white) rims and they were still about as dirty as they were when I entered the wash. Pathetic. Customer Service? Ha, I've gotten better service at the DMV. 10/10 would not recommend.

These guys did a good job. With the $25 for a full service SUV. There are services I would like to have offered with that but I'm not the guy making the packages.

My only complaint is that I was told by the greeter that they use HF (hydrofluoric acid) in their wheel cleaner. Maybe he was misinformed, perhaps not informed at all. That stuff is nasty. When it's sprayed in an environment like that, it atomizes. If you happen to have your vents on or even open, it will enter the interior of your vehicle and you can inhale it before it settles. That's a great way to get cancer. If you

Great car wash place!
For $22 you drive through the car wash and then pull around and they clean the inside and towel dry the outside. There's a $2 off coupon on the bottom of your receipt for next time. Friendly and efficient people here!
