Our exciting expansion into home health requires experienced individuals to help bring Heart of Gold to the forefront of home-based clinical services in our area. This position is full-time and will require dedication and flexibility. Schedule nursing and other clinical services in accordance with client needs and assessments.

I am so happy that I found Heart of Gold Home Care. My Husband is a quadriplegic. They are so easy to work with. They were able to provide a caregiver who takes great care of my Husband, is great with our small children, and I feel so comfortable with. She is a part of our family. I was truly amazed when one of the owners came out to meet us for our intake. This makes you feel like family and not just another client to the entire company. Angie, in the office is so polite and very sweet. I was also surprised that they sent a supervisor out for a couple of days to really understand what care needs

This is my 4th week with HOG. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 plus years. I must say, HOG is by far the best home health care agency I’ve worked for. From the initial contact, to the interview, and being hired, it was a seamless process. The owners genuinely care about their employees as does the entire office staff. I’ve never worked for a home health care company that genuinely cares for their employees. I look forward to many years with HOG.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but felt it necessary with this particular company. I had applied for a position with this company and within an hour I receive a phone call to schedule an interview. I was excited and have done scheduling supervisor work previously and was very qualified for this position. The day of the interview I had to reschedule as I will admit I did overlook my two little boys had the day off from school as it was parent teacher conferences.
