ABSOLUTELY GREAT customer service! Super friendly and creative staff!! Loved the quality of the prints and the variety of standard templates available. Best part is the free customization to get the perfect design for your occasion !!! We booked them for a pool party for over 150 5th graders and it went without a hitch !!!! Would definitely be using iHeart for my next party!!!

We had them do our wedding after looking at several other companies. The whole booking and work up for the wedding was done over email. We chose the flipbook and photo booth option since we were going to have a lot of people at the reception and wanted to make sure we had enough things to do for our guests. You get a nice discount if you book the two together also.
On the day of the reception, we got really nervous as they were not there at the scheduled time. Our wedding planner and I called them several times and the calls went straight to voicemail. I was thinking the worst.

Overall, professional and extremely reliable. The wedding was on a Friday, so due to traffic, they went out of their way to arrive earlier than expected at the venue. Everyone loved the photobooth and flipbook. It was definitely a big hit for the wedding guests and for the bride and groom. Magaly & the entire iHeart Flipbook team was so phenomenal, I will continue to recommend them to any of my future couples.
