I ended up finding Joseph after a dealer did some questionable diagnostic work. I'm glad I did, because there were some problems they missed, and some problems they made up. Joe's fair and thorough, quick and customer-oriented. He went above what I'd expect from a shop, and has taken great care of our vehicles. I cannot thank Jags Auto Service enough for saving me when my car overheated an hour from home. I called several places nearby and they were all full - when I called him he was also swamped, but took me in anyway. He was very honest and quick to figure out the issue and order a part and get me back on my way, and all for a great price. I am very impressed with the service, my car is running great now. I would recommend them to anyone. They are located at the Gulf Gas Station.

I have had Joseph from Jags Auto Service fix my cars for over 10 years. Small routine stuff like tires and brakes or a major problem he was honest and sure to explain the problem. When the problem was going to cost a lot to fix it he recommended I get a new car instead even though it meant he was not going to do the big job. He held customer loyalty over a quick profit and I really appreciate that. Most recently he fixed my wife's car that needed a serpentine belt and tensioner. Not a big job, but he got it done when it was convenient for me. I highly recommend Jags.

We live in Watertown, but I happened upon Jags Auto Service when my husband was a patient a New England Sinai Hospital, when my car engine light went on. Joseph, the owner, was wonderful. He pulled the car into his shop and did a quick diagnosis and assured me that it was safe to drive. He was friendly and reassuring. The following week, I brought the car in for service including the fuel injectors and the rear brakes. He dropped me off and picked me up at the hospital. The price was very reasonable.
