They made the repair to my wife's car immediately, they were very professional and courteous. They were going to change the oil because of the sticker on the windshield showed the service was overdue. They double checked the oil service life and found the oil was a 95% and didn't need to be changed. We were very pleased with the Auto Doctor in Norwood, MA.

I had a perfectly good running 2002 Saab 9-3 turbo with a 2.0 liter motor. It needed the serpentine belt which drives the alternator, power steering, A/C compressor, and water pump. The main crankshaft pulley is held on with 6 bolts and they needed to be removed to change the belt. The Auto Doctor mechanic did not properly tighten these 6 bolts. After driving the car for 3 days, one of these loose bolts walked out from the rotation of the pulley. The loose bolt then bent the engine cover and ruined the oil pump that is inside the motor. I drive a BMW 530Xi and it is so hard to find a mechanic who will work on it other than the dealer. Auto Doctor has been the best thing to happen to my car since i bought it. The dealer gave me a quote for some repairs of well over $1000. Steve's quote was almost $600 less and the work was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of auto work done!

Honest. They are literally 50%cheaper than the dealership. I was not only in shock I was extremely happy with there service. I will no longer bring my car to these over priced route 1 dealerships who jack up the price.
The Auto Doctor is now my place of choice. I can't believe I use to pay insane service bills to literally come here and pay half! Yes half.

I have gone here twice now and both times the experience has been fantastic! Steve is clearly very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to explain everything to me and show me exactly where the problem is and how he will fix it. The customer service is impeccable and the prices are very reasonable! I recommend it to all of my friends.
