Worse car wash ever! The rims don't even look like they were touched, windows were all smeared due to cleaning with dirty cloths. When we complained, we were told "We're very busy today!". Been coming for years, but won't they lost our business.

Beware! I have been to this car wash 5-10 times and on two occasions the interior of my car smelled like sewage/dirty water. On the first occasion I thought I was a one off occurrence. I complained to the manager the second time and he claimed that it was due to their use of reclaimed water and that the odor would go away quickly. If it’s because of reclaimed water usage they must be doing something wrong.

This business lacks both accountability and care in its services. I brought a vehicle for a car wash and noticed that following the service, multiple of the window switches came loose and were dysfunctional. While I watched them dry the car, I noticed that the employees were pulling very hard on these switches and when they saw there was damaged caused, attempted to act as if nothing happened. I went in a second time to discuss the issue with an onsite manager. He showed absolutely no remorse and merely told me he'd tell his workers to be "gentler" next time. This was shocking and completely unacceptable

After spending $50 for Deluxe Service. Didnt notice at first, but I had to wipe down my rims from dirt film they missed, rear triple window missed 1 window. Had to take detail cloth and wipe down quite a few areas that they should have caught. In any case, liked the hand wash part but next time, if there is will be more thorough on finished product. This was first time using them, so will post if given 2nd chance. But look all over your vehicle, especially when paying for a deluxe package for $50.

I came in for a complete detail on 05 Jun 2021 and was charged for 299.99USD. I was told that it will take ~3 hrs to completely detail my SUV so I sat down inside their store for ~2hrs to do some work. Once I was done, I came out to watch my car for ~40mins and noticed that no one seemed to be working on it. At this point, my car just looked like it only received some initial wipe down. I have not washed my car for sometime so the pillars between my windows still looked matte and flawed from a far. I thought it was kinda odd so I followed up on the time. I was told 2 more hrs
