This service is designed for protecting NEW Vehicles against stains from spills and daily dirt. This product must be reapplied if carpets are cleaned or become wet. Full Service Car Wash, Cloth Seats Shampooed & Steam Cleaned, Leather or Vinyl Seats Hand Cleaned with Mild Detergent then Sealed with Leather Conditioner & Protectant.

I used to go to the La Mesa Aqua Clean Car Wash when I lived there. I moved to Eastlake and have brought my car to the Chula Vista location twice. First time I got the blue atlantic package and asked the guy up front if they wiped down the center console, and he informed me they do. When the car was returned, they did not and I had some dried up water spots on the front bumper which I let slide.
Today was my second trip here. I got the tidal wave package this time and the photos attached are the aftermath of their service (or lack thereof). The front bumper and center console were not cleaned

This is now my third time going to this car wash paying extra and they forget something EVERY time. Today, it was tire coating even though I picked a package that includes it. It doesn’t matter what package you get because they will clean your car the same every time. I just got home and inspected the car to find sand all over. Take a look at the pics. They didn’t even wipe the backseat car door holders. I’m now wiping down my own car after paying someone to do it. Time to look for a new place!

This was my go to for years but last couple of times I’ve been there was always something wrong. This past time I had big globs of wax and water spots all over my car, it’s like they didn’t attempt to dry it. I was a repeat customer since 2013 but I can’t do this place anymore. Go at your own risk, I hope you get the old reliable quality.

My car came out worse than when I went in!
Every time I come, my truck is never attended to properly. I sit there and watch them dry it and literally only 1-2 people work on my lifted truck while other small cars have 3-4 people working on them. By the time they dry one side of my truck the other side is already dry!
Look at this picture of my back window, they sprayed window cleaner and forgot to clean it off! I had to go back there and clean it myself.
There was small pieces of trash on my dash, and the seats were not vacuumed.
Not coming back here again.

I've gone here a few times now mainly because it's convenient location. I thought it was a hit or miss but when three out of three have been mediocre washes at $20 you start thinking it's not just miss. I just now picked up my car, after a 20 minute wait, and not even the main windshield was cleaned properly. The console and middle divider also is dirty (untouched) and the side windows have spots on them. Convenient location will no longer drive my reasoning and coming

They always do a great job here!! My car looks great and is clean inside and out and for a reasonable price nonetheless!!! Definitely my go to spot!! Don't forget to tip the people there too!! There is a tip bucket outside by where they dry your car. They are working hard out there. Tip a bit to show some love!!

Javier aka the guy who checks your vehicle in is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and his unmatched memory of the vehicles and his suggestions of what I would need is far superior than any other people who’ve been in the position when he’s not at work. I am always in a great mood after talking to him and he sets the tone for the business and I’ve yet to be disappointed and I truly feel he doesn’t plan on disappointing anyone. He is the pinnacle of customer service and you should never let this guy go and surely compensate him for the level of excellence he brings to the table
