I was very impressed with the apartment complex and all the amenities that came with it but it is incomed based that you can only make no more than 34,000. The apartment manager was great and explained it well but I wish these apartments would be for rent for incomed personnel who make over 34k a year. For this I gave it a 1 star review.

I have only applied I have not been approved but I surely hope so! Working in Forsyth as a single mom it would be amazing if I could have my son closer to me while I work! Not to mention the apartments are beautiful inside and out. The community seems to be very quiet and respectful. What more could you ask for!

Basketball court,dog park.safe,lighted parking lot.friendly staff and great maintenance man,Jeff.happy here for 19 years.made friends easily,laundry room close and snow remival,grass mowed,power wages balconies… and porches,gutters cleaned out too.grills located on green part of yards for us to use.lots of good.also close to Sams,Walmart,Burger King ,Arbys and Monicals pizza!!

Hi, I'm a resident of the Bristol Garden Apartments for a short time now. I just wanted to give them an honorable mention, especially the Assistance Manager, Mrs. Patty Meers. I met Mrs. Meers, the day that I came in to inquire about the availability of a one bedroom apt. This soft spoken lady was extremely friendly, nice, and very accommodating. I was assisted by her with the filling out of my paperwork. Never did I feel rushed or a bother ,she answered any and all questions that I asked right off the top of her head or sought the answer from her employer. Each and every trip that I needed
