I used Jodi Rosenberg as my attorney for my home sale. She's everything one wants in an attorney. She thoroughly reviewed the sale contract, noted all deadlines and followed up, represented me firmly during negotiations, was a great communicator, and was both personal and professional. I had the pleasure working with Jodi on a real estate transaction recently. Since I didn't have a real estate agent, Jodi spent more time than normal to work directly with me on the details of the transaction. Since it was an old house, there were issues found during the inspection process that we had to negotiate with the other party. Jodi was a true professional with obvious extensive experience and knowledge, but most importantly, she listens to her client and was very quick (and accurate) in capturing the key points and negotiating with the other party to be successful. Working with Jodi was such a fantastic experience! We have lived in different countries and we have worked with many lawyers in multiple scenarios.
