Repaired my copier a few months ago and it still has the same issue as before. When asked to come back I was told it needed a different part, but wouldn't charge service call. Tech arrived and I asked him validly, what happens if this doesn't work? Was told they didn't appreciate my attitude and they weren't charging me a service call. I expect when I pay for a service I am expecting that service to work. I shouldn't have to pay for additional time and services for a repair that should have been done correctly the first time and be told "I'm sorry you don't understand how this works." I understand
