Wolfers Lighting has moved out of our Waltham showroom, and we'll be moving into a new boutique showroom in Wellesley this fall! In the meantime, our lighting specialists continue to be available for virtual and in-person consultations at our System 7 Experience Center in Boston.

Fantastic experience with Wolfer's Lighting in particular Mary Ann Rose who went above and beyond to help us replace a broken clip on a light that we had purchased several years earlier. Without her going the extra mile with her supplier contact we would have had to replace the entire fixture. If you value great service I would recommend Wolfers Lighting.

A good selection of lamps and lighting related products on display in useful settings. We went in the middle of the day; I think an evening visit might be a better way to see the light the display models cast. What's really good is the expertise of the Wolfers staff; Bob G had us rethink our plans after walking through them with him. Justifiably pricey.

Susan has incredible knowledge of the products they have on the showroom floor as well as the depth of the catalogs from which Wolfer's can source more unique pieces. After showing her two or three lamps that we liked, and describing a bit of our tastes, she got it in one and picked out a table lamp that was (a) completely aligned to our preferences and tastes (b) something we would never have thought to ask for, but were pleasantly surprised by (c) competitively priced.

I was very excited about this store. However I was turned off early on by the female associate who seemed perturbed, bored and was unsmiling. Threw a catalog at me and left. She was distracted and unhelpful. She had nothing to say about the items I selected for more information and was abrupt. She didn't care that I left after a while. Guess they don't care because they were busy enough. I found better service elsewhere for my remodel and that goes a long way no matter how nice the products are. Beautiful selections but would not spend my money here.

I've worked with Wolfers over the years on my slowly-unfolding home renovation, and their customer service is amazing. I particularly recommend Joe Power (Waltham), who has gone above and beyond for me--e.g. going to great lengths to ensure one manufacturer fulfilled the terms of their warranty, even when they pushed back. Joe is also incredibly friendly; the embodiment of what customer service should be. Highly recommend!

This place was recommended by my electrician, when I told him I did not find what I want at Lowe's, Home depot or Ikea. At Wolfers Lighting, there is a wide variety of lights, even a amazing mirror with light and an integrated mail/video/music player. Not all are available in this showroom, but you can count on the help of a lighting designer to help you find the right one.

Joe Power has always been an extraordinary person to work with at Wolfers Lighting. We live in southern Rhode Island on the coast and when we needed lighting for our new home, Joe and Wolfers were the go to combination. We've shopped at Wolfers for years and always appreciated being able to see their many stylish light fixtures actually lit up in their showroom. We made another purchase recently of a special order fixture, and when there was a problem they were able to send a replacement part directly to our house free of charge. The customer service can't be beat.

I had a wonderful experience with Wolfers and Bob Grossman in sales. I had ordered recessed lighting fixtures from another vendor who was terrible to work with and had left a few parts off of my order. After calling the manufacturer, I learned that I could order the parts through Wolfers. Bob was quick to respond and highly professional. I wish that I had placed the entire order with Wolfers to start, but I will definitely be buying the other fixtures I need through them in the future.

My wife and I bought an expensive ceiling fan in early June from Woolfers. We hired an electrician to install it and it was too low. It could hurt us if we stood up.
We returned it and got our money back. We proceeded to buy another more expensive ($750) fan from Woolfers and they told us it would take 2 weeks. 6 weeks later it arrived. Once again we hired the electricians and the light did not work. We were told by Woolfers to call the manufacturer , Minda Aire. They sent out a part and 1 week later the electricians returned. The light still did not work!
We returned it and we were never reimbursed

I have come to understand over the years that lighting is one of the most important aspects to any room design, and from what I have seen from renovations I have watched, it is one of the last to be considered. That's too bad, because you can decorate a room worthy of Architectural Digest, but if you don't light it correctly, you've lost the opportunity to bring it from beautiful to striking.
