It is our pleasure to be the only clinic in Maysville that offers secondary and tertiary care to our patients in a local setting. Routine vision exams consist of multiple steps and tests and is important for people of all ages. Please be sure to bring with you the any current glasses, an updated list of systemic and ocular medications, and your insurance card. PATIENT HISTORY: A complete health history is collected both from paperwork prior to being taken to the exam room as well as questions asked by both technicians and the doctor.
Many of our patients prefer the ease and convenience of contact lenses over glasses. Our office will prescribe contact lenses as desired, but a fitting and insertion & removal training is required for all patients who have never worn contact lenses before. However, most insurance plans do not cover the cost of contact lens fittings.
Over time, the natural lens ages and becomes dense and yellowed - a cataract forms, causing blurred vision and intense glare. Patients will often have difficulty driving at night, in the rain, or on bright, sunny days; they may also have difficulty viewing fine detail or have problems with depth perception.

Not only the most beautiful receptionist and eye doctor ive ever seen, but its hands down the best service and attention ive ever seen and I've went to a lot of eye doctors. Most eye doctors spend 5 minutes tops with you. We spent 45 minutes getting everything perfect by trying on a few different prescription contact to be sure i had 20/20 vision. I didnt think it was possible to see as well out of contacts as you can glasses gut she definitely proved that theory wrong. I highly recommend this eye doctor if you want 20/20 vision and have bad astigmatism. I left with a glasses and contact prescription

My elderly mother got an exam and ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and glasses. The sunglasses were as ordered but the glasses were not. They’re large boxy MEN’S glasses that pose no similarity to the frames my mother picked out and handed to the employee. When my mother brought it to their attention, she was told she’d have to wait because the person that took her order was out sick so she got a runaround for days. My mother left the frames there and was told it would have to be discussed with the manager. So when my mother followed up as instructed, she was told there was nothing
