Love Cynthiana Vision Center...Dr. Himes and his staff are so professional as well as friendly. They are always very thorough in their examinations and explanations of what they find. My last visit was due to the fact that I had stepped on my glasses and they were bent out of shape...They patiently worked on them and got them back in decent shape. I highly recommend Cynthiana Vision Center !!!

Made an appointment for a week out. They called the business day before and said an eye exam was not necessary but I as just wanting contacts and wanted my medical records from previous doc. Went into my appointment and Kathy the receptionist changed her story and made a big deal about needing an eye exam now.
If you cannot have your stuff together for a new patient, I hate to see what you do to your existing patients.

I think Cynthiana Vision Center is fine establishment with a staff that is very helpful and friendly to me as well as all of its customers. My eye doctor is Dr Brett Hines and he is very through in testing my eyes and it asking questions about the medications that I take as well as looking at my very professionally. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their eyes tested or new glasses that they may need.

Will never go there again. My granddaughters glasses were suppose to be in on a Thursday and was suppose to be picked up at the Paris location. I called to see if she could pick them up anytime after school that morning and was told yes. It would be fine. To our surprise when we got there we were told they wasn't even in yet.
