Working with Santa Barbara Hair & Makeup was a great experience! Emily and her team were amazing with my group's hair and makeup day of. Emily was a great makeup artist. We didn't use her for hair as we had already booked a hair stylist separately.
The issue is communication, booking, professionalism. Honestly, I don't know if we just got a bad day(s) but it was like pulling teeth to schedule a trial and even confirm the schedule on the day of the wedding. She seemed fairly aloof about things and my planner followed up multiple times to confirm my large bridal party schedule (like 10 of us). She didn't confirm things until the days prior to the wedding, and I was still unsure of when my bridesmaids got what service. She showed
