Victoria moved to Santa Barbara from Siberia, Russia in 2003. She graduated Santa Barbara City College in 2006 and received her Cosmetology License. Since then, she continued her education and certifications from various experts throughout the state of California, Chicago, New York, Russia and Italy.

The following are a list of the most frequently asked questions. Victoria will be happy to answer any further questions that you may have at a complementary consultation. A: The pigments used for the face are different than those which are used for standard body tattoos. They are iron oxide based and specifically formulated for facial use.
Victoria uses the best Digital Machine method only for Soft Powder Effect and Hair Strokes. This Technique is more comfortable for the clients and less traumatic to the skin than Microblading. Lips and Eyeliner procedures are performed with minimal swelling. Victoria does not perform any correction services on existing Microblading areas.

Victoria is absolutely amazing. She is a perfectionist, and made my eyebrows so beautiful, every time I look in the mirror I smile. Just having my eyebrows done, makes me look younger and feel better about myself. I want my lips and eyeliner now. I think she is the best in her field. I truly recommend her, you will be so happy you did your brows!!
