Don't use them. We hired them for our wedding to rent tables and glasses. They were very late in delivery, got the order wrong in multiple ways, and i found their customer service by phone to be difficult and rude. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The problems seemed to be systemic, not a one-off situation, to me.

Great working with these guys. I was only able to provide 4 days notice for renting multiple tents and a projection system. Valley was very accommodating and responded well to our changing schedule along the way. Rj and his team were very responsive to all of my communications and delivered with their services as advertised. I definitely would recommend!

From start to finish Valley Luxury Events made wedding planning and preparing a piece of cake! I never knew you could make a tent look so elegant and feel so luxurious for any event, especially a wedding! Due to the recent pandemic outside wedding was a must, and never in a million years did we think it could possibly play out the image we originally planned for our wedding. Bc it didn’t.
