The Selphyl and the Regenlabs systems are the new approach to anti-aging treatment that allow us to prepare a Platelet-rich Fibrin Matrix to use as a dermal filler and cell regeneration using blood collected from the patient during the treatment.
Using a centrifuge and a special kit designed for cosmetic use, we are able to divide the components of the blood to use only the platelets, stem cells, grow factors and fibrin to form a thickened concentrate to be used in facial restructuring and rejuvenation.We only use special cosmetic kits for our Plasma separation to make sure the plasma we obtain is really rich and platelets and not poor in platelets.

I had laser done on my face and other services for my Rosacea. I am doing extremely well after only one treatment. I had the same laser done at a very well known establishment and it took them 6 sessions and I never got the result that I got from just one session with Mercedes. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have since moved on to Botox and filler’s. Love my new look couldn’t be happier. I recommend Aromas Med Spa implicitly.

I have been going here for a while. Overall they are good, the doctor is knowledgeable, many well trained people there though in this industry I think is not only training. Sone have the art,, a tactful hand and vision thaf others were not born with.
As you know is a matter of personal taste, preference and your own knowledge from whatt you have experienced that tells you if that person treating you knows what they ate doing or get your need. I had Botox and Fillers with Dr. Jose Leon a few weeks ago. I came back today for Sclerotherapy. I loved my results for all 3 treatments. He is very professional, knowledgeable and has the best hands for injectables. You barely feel the needle going in. The prices are very reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about the treatment or place. The reason I'm giving a 1 star review is because I do not appreciate being lied to. I was quoted a price for the Erbium laser via Instagram and text message and I had also seen the cost in their website's price list (300). When I went to pay the front desk lady said it was $300, however the person that provided the treatment (Mercedes) said oh no it's $500. I showed her the text message with the quoted price but she said it was wrong. I wasn't in a mood to argue about the price so I went ahead and paid the $500 plus

So today I booked a hyperbaric chamber session. It's my first time. It was oddly satisfying and I definitely would return again to do it. My one issue with it is, can we get a more comfortable chair? My butt wasn't that comfy lol. Anyway, The woman who took me in the back made me extremely comfortable. She also made it her business to check on me often and ask if I was ok. I really liked that. So why three stars right? Well the young woman at the front desk, light skin with long jet black hair in a ponytail was extremely rude. It honestly came off in a racist tone. I hate using that

Being that I am in my early 30's, I had been thinking for some time that I should begin taking some preventative anti-aging measures in the form of injectables... but I tip-toed around the idea for so long because I was scared and worried I would end up botched or ripped off. Plus, trusting someone with your face is a HUGE deal. Here is my update, I just completed my additional two IPL , the last one was on February 13, 2021 with Ileana who has 11 yrs of experience working at Aroma Medspa. All the negative opinions I had before went out the window. My experience with Ileana was great, she listened to my concerns and my results were to my satisfaction. My face looks clearer of spots, rosacea, and pigmentation is lighter. My daughter has told me couple of times if I was wearing make up because she wasn't sure and that my skin looks good. Amazing Medspa in Doral. Extremely professional and Dr. Alberto has many years of experience and I wouldn't let anybody else touch my face, EVER. He's a genius when it comes to injectables. I have recommended many people and they all always leave happy. I have been going to aromas for over a year for laser hair removal services. Since most of my hair has not grown back what has grown back is very thin hair and I am still in the process of treatment. I suffer from PCOS so I have struggled with finding a good laser center and aromas has exceeded my expectations. In addition, the staff is very friendly and always makes me feel very comfortable. They always take note of how I am feeling about my treatments and take the extra step to make sure I am happy.

I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE!!! I'm turning 30 this year and decided it was time to try Botox. After tons and tons of research, I finally settled on Aromas. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated to some amazing complimentary coffee! JACKPOT! Before the procedure, my ARNP took the time to answer EVERY single one of my questions. I was extremely nervous since this was my first time injecting anything into my body and she made me feel so relaxed. Not once was I hushed or rushed! If you've been to another medspa and loved the service you received, give Aromas Medspa a try and I am sure you'll have a new favorite medspa! The Dr is awesome and doesn't try to push a client to spend more than necessary to acheive the appropriate results.
