I came to C Dermatology for an annual skin cancer screening. Multiple immediate family members have had melanoma, so I'm at risk. To be clear, every regular doctor and dermatologist I've had in the past recommended a yearly exam.

I have been suffering from hand eczema for years. Been to so many doctors. I get cracks and it is so debilitating that I cannot even work at times. I was so happy to get an appointment at this office. I was scheduled in a timely manner. The staff were so friendly and put me at ease. The treatment that Dr Chang recommended worked and I can finally use my hands again. I really appreciated that she spent the time to also explain the preventative measures to prevent it from flaring again. She gave me written educational materials which I find so helpful as it is hard to absorb everything that is said

Going to a dermatologist usually is a sensitive manner. One would expect their Dr to be compassionate and helpful. Judy was everything but that. I’ve suffered with skin issues all my life and have had to go to a few different dermatologist. This was my worst experience by far. Very pushy. When I described my medical history and what works and doesn’t work, she pushed medication on me that I had used before in the past but didn’t work and was painful. Dr. Chiang has been absolutely spectacular! She has been super accommodating, helpful, and attentive to my acne issues. She listens to my concerns and makes sure to address them as well. My acne has drastically approved already under her care and she has been extremely supportive of my progress! She also makes great suggestions as well if needed. DEFINITELY go to CDermatology if you need an awesome dermatologist. You won’t regret it!

To an hour to see the Dr., with a scheduled appt. not once did someone apologize for the wait, nor warn me of the fact that they were understaffed, overworked, and didn’t know when a dr. Would be able to see me. As I was about to leave, I heard, in a very rude tone “Ma’am, I was just about to come in! It was my first time going to a dermatologist. I had explained that I wanted a once over, I had concerns about acne, amongst other things. The doctor came in, barely introduced herself or even looked at me. She prescribed me acne pills, creams, and sold me some sunscreen. She quickly tried to leave the room without even saying goodbye and I had to stop her and explain to her that there were other issues. She said “oh yeah”, barely looked at my back and then left. I don’t know what I was expecting exactly, but some eye contact would have at least been nice. At least they take Medicaid.

I definitely would not recommend. The waiting time is always very long, and the doctor only sits with you for 3 minutes. I felt rushed the entire time, and she seemed to dismiss a lot of my concerns. She wasn't informed on m ny of the acne treatments that I asked about, that had been previously recommended to me by other doctors. She basically did prescribe whatever I asked for, but she definitely didn't seem like an expert in anything, and didn't take the time to listen to me.

I had warts on my hands for a long time prior to meeting Dr Chiang and had tried with different dermatologists to get them removed. It has never succeeded until I came here and was put on a strict plan to help me get these removed, within 3 months I had seen big differences and after 6 I could tell that my hands were completely wart free. I highly urge everyone to come here for their dermatology needs!
