Harbor Towing & Recovery

I tried to call a few days ahead to have a vehicle taken in for repair. The woman answering the phone said they don’t make appointments that far ahead and told me to call back the afternoon before. I did and was told they could not make an appointment and to call back the day of and they would try to fit me in. Plus the man on the phone was very rude. Will never do business with them.

My friend and I broke down in South Haven. they arrived within ten minutes and towed to their lot so we could get our vehicle the next day. Jerry was super kind. For being a tourist town, 65 dollars was a fair price.

They were very nice and got back with like they said. We didn't not use them (got unstuck) they were very accommodating.

The service was 5 star. They picked my vehicle up and brought it to home in less than an hour. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend these guys.

Locked our keys in the car at the Walmart parking lot. 15 minute wait and only $65 to get it unlocked.

I called today because my grandma had locked her keys in her car at the grocery store. Harbor showed up and had the doors unlocked all in less than 10 minutes. Phenomenal job!!!! I cannot thank you enough!

I would like to personally thank the Harbor Towing & Recovery family for the dedication and support to the greater South Haven Community. They have donated and transported dozens of cars through the years to the South Haven Area Emergency Services for training and demonstration purposes. We at SHAES would not be able to conduct the necessary training to provide a high level of service to the community without the support shown by Harbor Towing.

We broke down in Fennville on our way home to Grand Rapids. They showed up promptly and very courteous! It was an awesome experience and my wife and I especially appreciated the extended cab for passengers in the tow truck! Thanks again for your wonderful service!!
