bad customer service, employees speaking under their breath infront of customers, employees litterally want to fight custormers....very unprofessional! they dont know how to speak to people, front desk girl doesnt have any manners1 in general everyone here doesnt have any mannersl. ill definetly make sure ppl know this place sucks!

My buddy's car got towed unfortunately due to him parking in a non-guest designated car. The process was tedious, we had to pay at one location and pick the car up at another. I was helping him through the process and it took us a solid 2 hours to get things done. However, I'd like to give credit to all the people we met throughout our experience. I'd like to mention the lady at the service desk for the ability to deal with frustrated costumers which comes due the nature of the work they do. I waited almost 2 hours for a wrecker after Stella told me it would be an hour. My insurance company kept calling them and they finally stopped answering their phone. The driver provided absolutely no tracking details either, so my boyfriend had to sit in a parking lot from 6:00am until almost 8:00am with no idea on what time they were going to get there. I've dealt with plenty of wrecker services, but I've never had service this bad. And this is one of the biggest wrecker businesses in Kalamazoo County! I'm very disappointed.

I called at 6:40am. I was quoted an hour. At the hour mark, someone called to confirm that I was in a parking garage and told me it would take 2 hooks to get me out, and that it would be another hour. Fine, I just need this car moved. At the 2.5 hour mark, someone finally showed up. He didn't say a word to me. He walked around the car and finally addressed me THE CUSTOMER. Then informed me that he didn't have the appropriate truck to get me out of the parking garage and he would need to go back and get it. FINALLY 3.5 hours in, he brought the right truck and my car was towed away. Fast

We use McDonald's Towing regularly. They may be slow at times, but they get the job done. I've never had a customer service rep get angry or short with me. I use them approximately twice a month for towing dumped cars. Listen up people, they'll treat you like you treat them. If the roads are bad, they are busy. I know everyone thinks it's all about them, but it isn't. You live in Michigan, be prepared. Blanket, flashlight etc. The weather here is nothing new.

Worst service ever. I locked my keys in my car at Speedway. They told me that the tow truck would be there in 30 minutes to an hour. An hour passed and he still wasn't here so I called again. Then they told me it would be another 45 minutes. That time passed and still no sign of him. Called one last time and they said 15 minutes. He finally showed up and got my keys out which took 45 seconds and it cost $60. Was stuck at Speedway for 3 hours total. Could've called another towing company that would've been much faster & cheaper. Never calling McDonald's towing again.

Called for a tow at 11:16, through Progressive...said it would be 90 minutes. At 1:04 I call them and they say it will be another 45 minutes to an hour...in the meantime progressive has called twice to see if they have come....nothing. At 3:26 progressive switched me to Graham's towing who I received a call from and said they would be there in 30 minutes.
Funny thing, the clowns at McDonalds call me at 3:50 saying they are on their way! Wow great service!! Over 4 and a half hours! That's awesome

This place. Is an absolute joke. Never I mean never call these clowns. They said 40 mins. Waited an hour. Called back. Told me another 40 mins. Waited an hour. Called back told me another hour plus. I asked her " why wouldn't you call and tell me?" She says why. What's the point. Unbelievable worst customer service ever. Wished I'd checked their rating first.

I waited and then ended up calling the office to be informed the wait would be 20 minutes. I asked the staff to call me when a driver was on their way. I waited over an hr and no one called.

I called for a tow truck to remove an abandoned vehicle on my property. They told me I needed to show them the deed to my house to prove I lived there along with other identification. After scurrying around to get everything they needed, they never even showed up. I called twice. Nothing. Not a word from them. I don't know how this company is still in business.

Customer service was poor and slow. Most time waiting was spent watching personnel in the office do other tasks, such as answering a phone. Location does not have an ATM on site. This is important as their window has 2 conflicting signs: Cash only and cards accepted. The waiting area was way too small and offered no seating. No restrooms available. Once paid for, you are told to drive to another location and wait for someone to let you in to that location/yard. Seemed pretty inconvenient overall.

Maybe I should have lied and said that I was not in a safe location.
Why do they even give out a time? If they have absolutely no idea when (or if) the towing company is coming, why bother? Just say, "we hope to get to you. Eventually. We have absolutely NO IDEA when, but we will do our best."

Absolute horrendous customer service. You have to go to their main office on Interstate where they only accept cash, and you must have the exact change. Then you drive to the other side of town on Mosel. Only when we got there there was no one there. We called and were told 5 minutes. We waited 20 minutes called again and were told he was on his way and would be there in a few. 15 minutes. We called again and she said "listen, he'll be there when he gets there". Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
