Ecopower Energy USA is a top quality commercial and utility scale solar construction company. Over a two year period his team reliably built rooftop and ground mounted solar projects from 6kW to over 1MW as a subcontractor when I worked for SunPeak. As the Director of Operations, I drafted the subcontractor agreements and certificates of insurance. The President, Raphael, was reliable, easy to work with and an excellent communicator. We always knew the status of our projects.
