Freedom Solar came highly recommended to us from a neighbor in my new development. Since we are in a new development we have been deluged with solicitations via door bell ringers and phone calls. We didn't want to deal with aggressive sales tactics. Freedom Solar doesn't do business that way with word of mouth being the primary source of their business which speaks to the quality of their product and service. Brett was our salesperson and was very professional. They were very prompt in the installation, answered all our questions fully. Justin, the installation supervisor, was easy to work with

Located in zhills:Installation was awesome the crew that came out was respectful cleaned up their mess. The Office was so informative always answered my questions and called me with every update from lay out approval to the status of permit and install. this whole process was done in such an unexpected timely manor. I just purchased my home this past month and wanted to get solar. I called this local company and decided to see what it would be to get someone out here to put up some Solar. To my surprise the lady I believe her name is Casey said it would not be a good idea and to get some solar panels until I received a couple of electric bills just for the system to generate a accurate system for my energy usage.

I was nervous at first about the expense of Solar but Freedom Solar not only Uses Sunpower panels (highest rated and best warranty) but was cheaper and/or same price of other companies.
The install crew was polite, clean and knowledgeable about they equipment they were installing.
The office personnel would keep in constant contact with me and updated me from scheduling solar install to having Duke energy install the new meter.
My Solar has been on for 2 weeks now and I’m happy to see the amount of energy it is producing.
If your debating on who to have install your Solar System pick Freedom

Justin did a great job designing and installing a solar system on my home. Communication was frequent, open, candid, and transparent throughout the whole process. Pricing was fair/reasonable, and the workmanship quality was great. Overall excellent experience dealing with Justin. Highly recommended.
