I feel lucky that this local family owned business is in our county. In the past I had taken my cars to other shops in the larger cities and out of our county thinking the larger chains and bigger shops would be better. I learned the hard way that is not the case. After being burned by a chain of shops in Santa Rosa I discovered Hidden valley auto body. I'm grateful for the owners experience, integrity and honesty. He could had easily hustled me into expensive and unnecessary work like other places have (especially because I'm a girl) but he is honest and transparent. My recent repair was done

I have a Mercedes e350c that I hit a bear in and it needed alot ofwork.New air bags fender, bumper ect. Randy and his crew are outstanding. Fixed it all and you could t even tell it was in an accident. They also have an Enterprise rent a car onsite to help with replacement vehicle while they fix yours. A+ all the way

Friendly, knowledgeable, guaranteed service. Body mechanic did an easy and strong fix to a lamp cover that had popped open separately from the initial reason we brought the car in. Saved us a $40 part.and labor. No miss, no fuss - I'm glad we went with them!
