Took my truck into Cline and they got started on it right away; when other body shops wouldn't even start to give me an estimate.
Joe is an excellent communicator, always answered the phone and kept me updated every step of the way.
The repair work they did was above and beyond what I had expected, as they went ahead and did an alignment on my truck as well; which saved me time and trouble.
You can also tell Joe and the crew know about & are passionate about automobiles, and that definitely comes through in the quality of work they do.

Took my 2008 Dodge Ram in for repaint of the roof and hood. I decided to go ahead and do a complete repaint with body work. Joe explained the process and kept me updated along the way. The truck now looks like new. Jason, Joe and the crew did an excellent job. I recommend Cline Collision to all my friends. This is the fourth vehicle I have had worked on at Cline.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Cline, especially Joe. They gave me a great discount on fixing the damages that were imposed on my driver side door. My car looks good as new, in fact better than new. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. This fall, I had a huge tree branch fall on my new/used Miata (that I hadn't even had for a year!) It left a good-sized dent and lots of scratches all over the back of my car. Everyone at Cline was awesome. Joe and Jessica are great - very nice, friendly, and helpful. My car looks even better than when I bought it! Plus, everything was hassle-free - they handled everything with insurance, and we pretty much only had to bring in the car. Joe was very straightforward about their shop not working on canvas convertible tops and offered to get the whole process started for me if I wanted to go to another

I always have the BEST EXPERIENCE when I come to Cline Collision Center. Staff is always super friendly, diligent, and timely. My cars are always looking good as new when their finished. Not only do they repair your damage but they even detail your vehicle for you! Very easy to contact, Jason and Joe are great at keeping you updated throughout the entire process. Cline Collision was my best experience with auto body repair. They are well trained and certified in a number of vehicle brands. The owner< Joe is knowledgeable and freely helped us through the process. The technicians in the shop are highly professional. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The Cline office staff is especially knowing of all insurance carriers and goes beyond the mark to get more than the job done. The passenger side and all of my Honda 2007 Ridgeline is as good or better than brand new. Thank you Joe and Cline Collision Center.
