After working over two decades in the architectural design profession, principal Blane Skowhede established KEYSTONE Architecture Planning & Project Management LLC in 2004. Blane has a broad range of experience working with residential, multi-family, commercial, and institutional clients and has won numerous design awards including the American Institute of Architects Merit Award for Heritage Hall at Western Oregon University and for the Southern Oregon Historical Society Museum.
Some of his past clients include OHSU, Grand Lodges at Collins Lake Resort, Oregon DMV, Qwest, City of Newport, Central Oregon Community College, Southern Oregon University, as well as numerous private residences and vacation homes in Oregon and Washington.

Established in 2004 Keystone practices architecture throughout the states of Oregon and Washington. Some of our past clients include OHSU, Grand Lodges at Collins Lake Resort, DMV, Qwest, City of Newport, Central Oregon Community College, as well as numerous private residences and vacation homes. We go by the old adage - 'Plan The Work" and "Work The Plan".
No project is too small or too large. We have completed projects as small as a 24 square foot walk-in closet to bathroom conversion all the way up to a 120,000 square foot 6 story multi-family lodge. We welcome inquiries for residential and commercial renovation, addition, and new construction projects.
