I am responding why gave this law firm 1 star. In the waiting area on the other side of office, I overheard the conversation between a client snd staff member. Staff member requesting payment and client responding.Staff member walked client to door and opened it for them.
My friend's interview was in the big conference room.that was in front of wait area. I too overheard the conversation between lawyer and my friend. Your lawyer did not want my elderly friend as a client. That is your firm's right. I do not have an issue with that.
After the interview was over no one helped my elderly friend
