Spoke to James briefly on a case. Right away tried using scare tactics. In regards to having a strike on a bs case. Didn't ask the correct questions and wanted to pick up a quick $5-$6000.00 retainer fee. I have friends who are attorneys in different fields and none of them sound like that.
