Dr Graham has been our family eye doctor for decades. We could not love him, his wife or Dr Fasciani more. They are an extremely professional team and are always so welcoming and reliable. I have been a follower of Doctor Fasciani since I relocated to San Diego. I was sad when he left the UTC store closer to me, but when I went to Del Mar Optometric I was able to continue getting the best eyes examined. DR. Fasciani is Great he has a very positive attitude and he answers all your questions and listen to you. He takes his time during the examination and I never pressure for taking his time. Also, he is well knowledge and well read about the new discoveries to solve eyes problems.

Fantastic customer service and care! For several years, My husband and I have seen Dr. Fasciani for our optic needs; we highly recommend him and The Team at DMO. The Team (1) listens to their customer's needs and concerns, (2) is detail oriented, (3) is current on research and related advancements in optic care, (4) delivers excellent customer service. I am so happy I decided to give them a try after going to a chain location in the mall for years. I saw Dr. Fasciani and he has been helpful, thorough and patient in helping me find just the right contacts, which hasn't been easy. I've had 3 pleasant visits thus far trying out different options, for just the one office charge. I have not felt rushed or pushed into any type of lens or brand at all and I truly feel like he's searching for the right one for me vs. what they are trying to push or sell. I am really happy I decided to walk by this place 2,657 times on my way to Starbucks, as my office is on the same street.
I ended up seeing Dr. Fasciani was really happy with the care he gave me. He is really knowledgeable and friendly and seems like he really likes what he does for a living.
Needless to say he fixed me up with new glasses and eyedrops for my dry eyes.

Amazing first impression! Located in a super cute space in "downtown" Del Mar. Everyone in the office was super friendly, especially Tina. Dr. Fasciani was extremely thorough with the exam and his explanations of all tests, as well as provided several next steps for preventive measures. They also take my insurance...huge added bonus!

I've been going to Dr. Graham for almost 10 years. He was a recommendation from a co-worker and since I have refereed all of my friends. Dr. Graham is active himself and understands anything I have questions about in regards to vision, and he is relentless about getting the right prescription - just a stand up guy all around. Next, choosing frames can be a royal pain, but Jeannie always has a ton of patience helping to select the proper fit and look.

I have been a customer at Del Mar Optometric for a long time now and I have never had a bad experience. When I saw the comment by H S, that gave them one star, I was shocked. However, when I read it, I realized that most of the comment just seemed untrue. The staff are very competent when it comes to the office work and the majority of them have been working there for many years so the office offers a relaxed and welcoming environment. Del Mar Optometric has the most inept and rude office staff. Their assistant doesn't know how to put a call on hold so you can hear the office staff talk about you when she sets the phone down, specifically the office manager Genie. She's condescending and rude. She sets the tone and example for her clueless office staff.
The doctors are both incompotent. I have the same prescription in both eyes, and yet I had lenses made 3 times and each time they were incorrect. The office staff told me something completely different than both doctors, so I still have no idea why this was such a headache. I
