For 3 years now, I have trusted my vacation rental to "At the Lakes Vacation Rentals" and have never regretted a moment. They have been a great partner and helping me make the most out of my rental and take care of our customers that way I would want if I was on vacation. They have an excellent base of happy and courteous guests and like all rentals, you are never without a couple of surprises but they have managed all of them in a timely, effective manner to keep our guests happy. I wouldn't trust my vacation rental with anyone else.

Dan Mardis is a fantastic broker. I called Dan in a panic, I had been trying to rent a house on the water and I was at my wits end, we are a large family and every time I found a house it was taken. Dan spent time talking to me, he had a great sense of what I was looking for and he called me with the perfect house to rent. Dan guided me through the rental process, he was patient, he gave me time to think about the house, he helped me with the paper work, we added covid language to the contract. He was a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use Dan every summer. We had the most incredible family

We own a house on Lake Winnipesaukee and have hired At The Lake Rentals to rent our home.
2020 was our 4th year with them. This year is a summer to remember for many reasons. LOL
We have had a few issues this summer ranging from a new toilet failing to missing items to a weeks old damaged sink getting damaged and a broken bar patio table have shown me how important it is to have a strong professional company to represent you when you’re not able to be present, as our primary residence is 3 hours away. They are a phone call away and do their absolute best to solve problems and kee their tenants

I had to update my post from 3 years ago. We continue to rent our summer home with At The Lakes Vacation Rentals and if I could give them a rating of 10 stars, I would. With COVID, we were all concerned for everyones safety. The staff at At The Lakes set up protocols and measures for cleaning that made us feel comfortable. Now as the rental season closes, I continue to be appreciative of the respectful communication and management skills of this organization. And it shows with the number of repeat tenants we have each year. We would not rent our home with any other organization.

I have not only used "At The Lake Vaction Rentals" to rent properties but they also rent my property. They are so wonderful to work with and have always been very proffessional and responisve to any and all my needs. I reccomened them to many friends and co-workers and they do not disappoint! I've worked with At the Lake Vacation Rentals for three years to rent my lake home during the summer, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They were always (no exceptions) courteous and helpful, working with me to find quick solutions if anything went wrong and being equally quick to get checks to me. My tenants have also said they were happy with this company -- from the rapid response from staff to the overall value of the rental for their money. At The Lakes has been the rental agent for our property for the past 8 years. Sue G. and all the other personnel are a joy to work with! They have many duties, but some are cleaning, responding to tenant questions, communication between tenants and owners, leasing etc. At The Lakes is organized, prompt (cleaning is superb) and quick to respond to any detail which requires attention.

Rented 18 Oak Island Road, Meredith, NH from 8/15-8/22/15 from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC. It was a beautiful house located right on Lake Winnipesaukee. However, on Monday night, there was suddenly a bat in the house. As frightened as we were, we got it out. We thought it was just a fluke. On Friday morning at 2:30, there was yet another bat in my son's bedroom where he, his wife and four and two year old sons were sleeping. We exhaustedly got it out.
