I was born and raised in Brazil, growing up living outdoors, nature was always an inspiration for all things creative in my life, I have a degree in fashion design but have always found inspiration in art and photography. Photography started as a hobby for me, after the birth of my son I became fascinated in documenting every little thing so that I could freeze those little precious moments in time.

Being a Bergen County baby photographer for several years, I have come across several parents who are so anxious before and during the photo shoot. They are always stressed out about the clothes, the things to bring, apologizing continuously if the baby keeps crying and what not! This happens because the parents are unaware about what to expect from the session.

Beautiful photos! We got our son photographed by Jolie Amelie Photography in the hospital a few days after he was born, and we were so happy with the photos! Carolina was extremely personable, professional, friendly, and efficient in her work. She was extremely easy to work with, and produced photos for us that far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend her for hospital / newborn photos, and we plan to use her again for photos of our children / family in the future!

We got our son’s first birthday cake smash session done with Carolina. And it was undoubtedly a wonderful experience and the pictures turned out to be as amazing as I wished. She is very talented, extremely patient and takes note of each and every detail during and before the session and understands what you are looking for. She definitely knows how to keep babies happy and get good poses during the session. Also made us us feel so comfortable at her studio. Our gallery was ready before the said timeline. Met all our expectations. Would definitely recommend her to all ! Thanks once again Carolina

This is for sure the best photographer in Bergen County and Rockland County area! We did a newborn session at her studio with our baby and she was extremely careful and patient during the whole time. She knew exactly how to comfort my baby. And the pictures were absolutely beautiful! I strongly recommend her!

We just had our maternity session about 1.5 weeks ago and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Carolina is a true professional and has an eye for beauty...definitely recommend her a thousand percent. She met all of our expectations (and beyond) and even found a garden of flowers as a background which is exactly what I had asked for. She hasn't been doing this for too long so I would book her now before her prices go up!!!

Jolie Amelie did a remarkable job with the photo shoot of my twin girls. It's so hard to take pictures of my daughters since they dislike photographs. However, Jolie Amelie was so engaging, patient, warm, and very professional that she was able to capture gorgeous pictures of my girls.
