Those black lines on your gutter are oxidation with a mix of other soils. They are difficult to remove, especially at the height of the gutters. We have been able to get about 90% of these nasty looking lines of corrosion off your gutters. Look close, you might notice a trace, but from your neighbor and street view, it'll look like you installed new gutters.
So when we use our system to brush dirt loose while at the same time applying a drinking fountain like the gentle flow of 100% pure water, the pure water doesn't like to stay pure, so it grabs and suspends dirt like a magnet to metal! We then go back over with a final rinse off of the dirty water suspension to leave behind nothing but pure water that evaporates spot free!

Fast efficient service. The crew was very good, polite and professional. I will use Perry Window Cleaning again.
However, there were two minor things that could have been better.
After they left I went around to check the work and found that two windows had quite a few water drops on the glass (about 10-15). I had to open the windows and wipe with a cloth to prevent spotting.
The other thing was that they didn't do well at cleaning the window tracks. To paraphrase the Miracle Max from the Princess Bride, the tracks were mostly clean but not all clean.
