Definitely, the guy is knowledgeable and if there is something he can’t fix he’ll tell you right away. Came in with a water damaged iPhone that I thought it was done. But he said “I’ll give it a try” that gave me hopes and indeed came the next day like he said, my device was back ON. My entire life was on that phone. Thank you very much! Y'all I messaged this poor owner/company in the middle of the night. I'm in my 50's but play online games with my grandchildren and I dropped my ipad. I was crying, heartbroken. THIS KIND SOUL ANSWERED ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and said don't worry. I took it in the next day and within a day I had a, what looked like, BRAND NEW SCREEN. On vacation in Myrtle Beach, I discovered I had left the computer power cord at home in MD. I'm a Graduate student and had to complete a research paper and take an online final by weeks end - to add to this, my laptop is a very old! The guy at the front counter found a power supply that worked for me, and I was able to complete my schoolwork before the deadline. This shop was a lifesaver for me and I thank you for the great service!

This should count for two five star reviews since my neighbor recommended CJ to me and he never got around to writing a review. CJ was great. Fixed virus on my MacBook Air after I first went to U Tube and watched at least five videos. (Where do they find those guys?). CJ diagnosed and fixed. Everything done within time frame he quoted and at price he quoted. Very personable as well.

I was in need of someone with experience to clone a hard drive so I looked up locally computer repair. This shop had the most and best reviews so I decided to go with them. CJ was very helpful and knowledgeable and the turn around time was fast.
The charge was reasonable and I am very pleased with the outcome. I don’t like to shop for mechanics, lawyers, accountants or computer techs. If I find a good one, I stay with them. I will use their services for any future situations. Highly recommended.

This is the absolutely the best place to go for iPhone repairs!!! I thought my iPhone had totally crashed and found their website. Was greeted by Anna and she was very pleasant. I explained what was happening with my phone and that I had to go out of town the next day. I Just knew I had lost everything. I left my phone and within an hour I was contacted. They had diagnosed my problem and nothing was lost. So thankful I took my phone to them. They are very reasonable in pricing as well as having a high degree of expertise!!!

I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach when my daughter's iPhone screen broke, and was no longer functional. Faced with trying to try to replace through insurance and arrange for delivery before leaving, or finding a repair shop, I decided that finding someone local would be the easiest route. Wise Device was able to repair the screen within a couple hours, and did a flawless job for a reasonable price. Super happy I was able to get her phone fixed without any aggravation. Thanks so much!
