At True Blue Computers, Greg Whinnie runs the show: heading up tech support and customer service. Born in suburban Maryland, Greg's background is government computer support at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. Being the manager of a small team of "tech guys" for 1,100 employees taught him how to deal with people.

We know it's scary to allow someone to log in to your computer remotely, and we don't recommend that you allow just anyone to do so, because you're risking inviting a virus. We can do a lot of things remotely, but we offer remote support only to our current clients. It's an issue of trust on both sides.
For added peace of mind we offer Maintenance and Service Contracts which can be customized to your specific needs. Bi-monthly maintenance of all computers and network equipment to reduce the risk of major failures. True Blue Computers is an in-shop and on-site Myrtle Beach computer repair store.

Very friendly people. Understood my issue and fixed it without making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about; Erich is common when I take my various pcs toplaces to have it fixed. I work a lot and don't have the time or willpower to do it myself. I appreciate them for all their hard work and effort. Will definatly reccomend.

Dropped off my laptop to check on a squirrelly cursor and as I arrived home, got the call on the diagnostics (bad touch screen) and with them doing the easy fix (turnoff said touchscreen) was basically told to on come back and pick it up! Also got a great explanation on my options (fix or buy new). Thanks for the quick service!
