David Ritchie did a great job on inspecting our new home. Although I would normally have been involved with the inspection process, I.e. walking, climbing and crawling every inch with him, I was not in this property. I found his report to be thorough, concise and raised the questions that I would have asked should I have been there. David also had phone calls (plural) with me prior to the inspection so that he could spent extra time in the areas that concern me. Post inspection, David spent about 30 minutes going over the inspection report and clarified any questions that I had.

Mr Ritchie completed a very thorough home inspection on a house we are purchasing in Hamilton. He was very flexible with scheduling and was very knowledgeable. At the end of the inspection he provided us with a complete inspection review at the home and a written version after. He also coordinated our well water and Radon testing. We highly recommend him!
