My name is Walter T Bernauer, owner and operator of WTB. My experience as a home inspector is far-reaching, and gives my clients an advantage that others lack - my experience. I am not your average home inspector that learned from a book - instead, it is ingrained in my blood. I am the son of an architect and builder.

We've used Walter's services twice — once as a walkthrough inspection and another time as a full home inspection — and we are so happy with the results! Walter is friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to inspect the homes and get us the information we needed. Walter was able to fit in an inspection on short notice on a Sunday, which was much appreciated. He did work on the front end to ensure that the inspection was complete and the report was generated all that day. I used WTB inspections for a home I’m purchasing. Walter was very thorough with the inspection. His report was 38 pages. Believe me, that’s exactly what you want in a home inspection! He was very responsive to messages, and very professional. I had a few concerns prior to his inspection and he addressed all of them. Hands down one of the best I’ve hired!
