I have been wanting to get eyelash extensions for a long time now and got them done by Sterling. From the time i walked in the door and walked out it was nothing but a five star experience. While getting my eyelashes done Sterling walked me through the steps and showed nothing but professionalism. I cannot wait to go back and get them done again!.

Stacey listen to me and also made sure she understood what I wanted.she went over and behind doing her job and making me feel comfortable and that the style was what I wanted. I had been here once before for a massage that my friend gifted me, but today was the first time I used their services for hair. I was so hesitant, because of the prices, but I will never go anywhere else again. You truly get what you pay for. Alesha was my stylist and she was amazing! She asked me about my concerns, I had many, and she took so much time to explain what I am doing right and what I could do better for the health of my hair. Today was the first time I had any services done at the Spa. Caitlin (eyebrows) and Nicolette(hair) were absolutely amazing! I have been having such a hard time keeping up with my eyebrows and hair due to health stuff and these ladies had me walking out of there feeling damn good about myself. Just the questions alone they asked was so important, nevermind how relaxing it is in there. Thank you, Nicolette, for taking the time to show me the products that will be useful for my conditions. I saw Sam today for the first time. She did a full head of highlights and a cut and style. She was super friendly, took the time to ask what I was looking for, and delivered even more than I could imagine. Everything was superb from the hospitality to the head massage! The Salon was beautiful and all of the staff were very warm up beat and inviting! If you’ve not yet been to The Spa on West Main St, Go!!!!! I have found my new person!

I had my hair colored/ gray blending today 5/18/21 by Sterling. She is such a professional and very knowledgeable about hair!!!! I’m 55 years ears old and for the first time ever I’m walked out of a salon 100% HAPPY!!! And I feel like I also made a friend. My back full of knots and my body not able to sleep without neck/upper back pain waking me before 4am each morning.
I left our hour long session in a haze. My body a buzz and my mind clouded, I wept the whole way to the grocery store.

I was highly impressed with my experience at the West Main Spa in Westminster on 7/7/20. I finally went and got my hair done this week after a very long time. My experience began by a sign at the front door, don't come in without a mask and call so they can be ready. Almost immediately after reading that I was greeted by a team member at the door. There was hand sanitizer available on a table. I was asked fill out a survey related to Covid questions after she took my temperature with a forehead thermometer (scanner). Last time I went here, I had a great massage but it was spoiled by my experience after. My mom had apparently called ahead to pay for my massage as a surprise. When I showed up, the staff said nothing about it and I of course paid when I left from my appointment. I got home, and my mom informed me we had paid twice. I went back to get a refund for the second charge, and the girl at the register tried to process a refund but I could see she was struggling with how to do so. She left me with an "I think it went through", and I left never seeing that money again. But I'll never go back

I went in today for a massage with Mara Dye. She was AMAZING! One of the best massages I've had. She was very professional and was a very knowledgeable massage therapist.
The overall experience in The Spa on West Main was relaxing, upscale and professional. I liked the added decorations for the holiday season too!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. While the stylists do good work and are very customer oriented, they are by no means ion the same page as the owner. Warning- if you go here expecting a great wedding experience, save your money and frustration.

I have been going to Brett for a few months now and she is an absolute gem! I've lived in NYC for many years and I've spent more money on haircuts than I'd like to say. My parents live in Westminster so whenever I'm in town I book an appointment with Brett. I have never a stylist so consistently spot on. I always walk out happy with gorgeous locks. Brett is also the sweetest girl and easy to chat with. Very happy that I found this place! Super cute place with a great staff and prices!

Unfortunately, they ruined one of the best days of my life. My wedding.
I made my bridal party's makeup appointment for 9 AM months prior to my wedding. A week after I made the appointment, I was called and asked if I would move my appointment up. I really didn't want too, but I was trying to be nice and I did which resulted in me having to move my bridal parties hair appointments around as they were being done at the place we were getting married. We were just having our makeup done.

While the spa is beautiful they have complete idiots working at the front desk. My sister called and booked a reservation for us two weeks in advance. We showed up and they told us our appointment was one month from now. I was there when she made the appointment and know she told them the right date. So upset this was my 30th birthday present. Never going here again :( , I'd call and confirm a few times before coming. On top of which when we showed up they said they had no appointment for us with our names anywhere. Then suddenly found it for a month later on Valentine's day weekend!

Mandy trimmed my hair and fixed my bangs and she did a wonderful job. They were super busy on a Friday, but they still made my appointment time and I was in and out in less than an hour.
Ask for Mandy! She is so sweet and did an amazing job--this is definitely going to be my new go-to hair salon!
