Called and the gal on the phone was so incompetent that I asked for someone else. Got Bruce the 'owner' and he said she is new so I suggested they give her training before setting her loose.
Bruce took my information then set a time to come out. His son was to come at 9 am and at 9:10 AM the date of the meeting called asking basic questions so he could prepare a proposal. AMAZING! You are already late and just now want the same information I gave your dad and that you were to use to prepare.
Nonetheless, since I heard their product was good, we rescheduled and son came out. There

The solar array at our lake house was severely damaged last winter by a huge snow load. I did a lot of research and was most impressed with the SunPower product. We were first introduced to PowerHouse Solar when they did the solar panels at our house. The sales pitch was easy to understand and very comprehensive. The office staff walked us through all the paperwork and permits that were needed. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job for us. I've used PowerHouse solar for over 8 years. They installed the solar heating for the pool and in 2011, installed the photovoltaic electric solar for us. Travis and Blake have always been responsive and reliable. PowerHouse Solar installed our first system probably seven or so years ago, about three years ago we installed additional panels. In the meantime, the panels (SunPower) were different and we had two different monitoring systems. Recently, Garrett and Mark at PowerHouse was responsive and came out to combine the systems into one monitoring system so we can monitor both as one to track the amount of energy we produce on a daily basis. They were great to deal with, knowledgable and accommodating. They do a professional job and we were quite pleased. I would highly recommend PowerHouse and LOVE

We would (and have) highly recommend Power House solar and the installation of PV systems...we are absolutely thrilled with our unit installed by PowerHouse. We just had Bruce and his assistant out to give us an estimate on increasing the capacity (since we have now added a hot tub & like never having a PG&E bill...we want to keep it that way) and installing heat pump water heater. We had Bruce and his crew install our original 3.4Kw Photovoltaic system and inverter on our house 2 years ago & we could not be happier. His company helped us with all the rebate, etc, paperwork &

I have recently had the pleasure of doing business with Powerhouse Solar for a solar system on my house in Marysville Ca. The salesman, Jake Beaton, was very helpful in obtaining a lease for my system as my credit was not the greatest and then we had some difficulties with the size of my roof not accommodating the size of system I needed so they did lots of research to obtain me the most production for the size of my roof, The installers, Garrett Rogers and Scott Dyer, were very professional throughout the entire installation process.
