I spent about three years shopping for a solar energy system. I received quotes from a few vendors and spent countless hours reading on the Internet. I was very concerned about warranty issues and also about how the installation would affect my S-tile roof. One company misled me about their warranty coverage (I found out by reading the fine print) and another failed to give me a copy of their warranty after three requests. There were a few quirks to my installation that would require some creativity and care, and I was not encouraged by the lack of accurate information or personalized attention

We have waited a long time to choose a solar company. Kevin took the time to explain the process of solar, leasing vs buying, production of power, etc. Pros and cons of both. He spent a significant amount of time with us in discussion. No pressure at all. Once the decision was made, the start to finish in two weeks! Kevin and Debbie took care of everything, permits and inspections. The workman came early and worked all day, taking only three days for actual installation. Ok, so I'm impressed. We did a lot of research before deciding on a solar company. We looked into leasing and purchasing. It seemed everyone was trying to sell us on why they were better. But what caught my attention at first, was that instead of focusing on selling us anything, our salesperson simply tried to educate us on the options and the system itself. Everything was put into simple, logical terms - especially the financial end of it. I felt like we finally got to the point that we could truly make an informed decision.
