Everything started off great. He arrived early and finished promptly. We had agreed on removing roughly 6 bushes and a tree that was roughly 12-13 feet including the stump. I never saw him in person and I paid him through Venmo. Given his reviews, I thought I could trust the quality of his work. Boy was I wrong. I was surprised to find that he had only removed about 30% of the stump leaving an ugly mess behind. Additionally, on the bushes, he didn't dig out or remove the stumps but rather instead cut them as low as possible making it even more difficult to remove. I tried reaching out to him

I had stump in the front of my home that the previous tree service company did not remove. I got and business card in front of my house so I called Ralph. I sent him a picture of the stump and he gave me a good price. He came the next day and started the job. He finished the same day. Ralph did a great job.

I saw Ralph working down the street aproched him and he gave me his number he came the next day to give me a free estimate. The price he gave me was very inexpensive. I've had other companies come to give me tree trimming and they did an awful job compared to Ralphs.

Big Leaf Tree Care was amazing they job they left the job like there was no tree at all they finished in 2 days one for the tree removal and one for the stump removal they cleaned so well I had no problem with the dates and there was no damage to my house or any thing on my property will definitely be calling Big Leaf Tree Care again.

Has expired license. When they removed a tree in my son's back yard they damage the gazebo in the back yard behind them. Now that neighbor wants it repaired or replaced and BLTC is not returning any calls. They also have bad reviews on Yelp. So Beware!!

Big Leaf Tree Care started out very good. Ralph was pleasant, informative, and accommodating. I used his service once to trim my three palm trees that worked out well and at a fare price. Months later I decided to again use Big Leaf Tree Care.

The second time around I wasn't completely satisfied. Ralph and I agreed that he would remove those same three palm trees and MOST IMPORTANTLY completely REMOVE THE ROOTS. I repeatedly said remove the roots from the ground. The trees were cut, I paid him with understanding that he would finish taking out the roots (per Ralph his grinding machine

I wish I had read their reviews before I hired them, I could have saved myself the trouble. I hired them to remove an old tree and plant a new one. The tree was planted too high (the roots are exposed above ground level). They initially texted to say they'd come out to replant it but it's been three weeks they won't return my calls or texts. I guess my next step is small claims court?

Relatively new to the area, I flagged a tree trimmer who was working at a neighbor's house for a brief estimate to trim 3 Queen Palm trees. He quoted me $150 and stated he'd come Saturday morning at 8AM. When he arrived I asked if he was bonded and insured and he said he was not. I then asked him to sign a liability waiver before beginning the job.It was written in both English and Spanish. The man studied the English document word-for-word as I explained what it was in very simple terms.
I went inside the house for a minute and when I returned he was gone.

We couldn't be happier. Ralph and the guys were quick, clean, professional, and the price was right. We will be calling them again. Our two palm trees were getting too tall for us and we needed someone fast. Ralph came the next day. We are more than happy with the results.

In April I hired Big Leaf Tree Care to trim my pine tree. During the trimming process they broke the top of a patio table I own. Ralph Rodriguez (the owner) gave his word and promised that he would have the table fixed or replaced the following week.Not only has the table still not been fixed or replaced, but numerous calls and texts to Ralph Rodriguez's phone were not returned. I will not use this tree service again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. It's obvious the owner's word means nothing.

We needed 5 eucalyptus trees cut down and we talked to a lot of people and a lot of businesses and nobody beat the price and professionalism of big leaf . The owner and workers are prompt and very professional . They were also very knowledgable about what needed to be done and how to go about it . I would recommend this company to anyone .

I will not hire this company again.

They are pretty expensive ($500 for about 7 hours of actual work of shrubs and branches removal), but the quality of their services is way below their price. And the clean-up was sloppy. They even did not give me an invoice for their work.

The Company's rep, Ralph Rodriguez, in order to make his offer more attractive to me, threw in free cosmetic trimming of my two trees and, later, one shrub. After the work begun, he claimed that he only agreed to trim the shrub for free but I will have to pay extra $100 for the trees. Neither of which they did (not even

My huge mesquite tree fell over into my yard 2 nights ago. I called -- this morning to follow up on the email (with the photos) I sent at midnight the night before, within 15 min the office personnel called me to tell me they could be out to take care of the tree today. The crew called and texted me when they were on their way to my house, and by the days end the branches were gone and the yard cleaned of all debris. Customer service is not yet dead and gone!
