Just finished my first week of Muay Thai classes and holy moly. I only took a couple boxing/kick boxing classes before this so I was expecting for it to be something similar. Muay Thai is definitely a lot more intense, especially when you are kicking the crap outta the pads. I only took 2 classes so far but the feeling you get afterwards is amazing. The warmup already kills me but only motivates me to get stronger and faster.

Even though it has only been a week, the environment is definitely warm and welcoming. Everyone is there to get stronger and have fun and you can feel the love whenever you

I must say if you want authentic Muay Thai, this is the spot to go and be. This place has the wai Kru (respect to teacher) to knees and elbows and clinching work. If you want the best you should go there. Awesome place it's like my other home away from home.

I am completely addicted to Sityodtong. I have been a member for almost two months now with the unlimited membership which is completely worth it. I had twins 14 months ago and was looking for something different to lose my last postpartum weight. Well, I lost 10lbs within the first month of coming here. I was also eating really healthy but the workouts are no joke. Their classes will challenge you, drive solid mental discipline, and most importantly build confidence. I would have never imagined the level of ROI I have received coming to Sityodtong. Not only am I getting in the best shape

Kru Walter is full legit Muay Thai. The gym also had about 5 pro and amateur fighters training with us (several of
whom had just won fights over the weekend). The facility is clean n has good equipment, the workout’s challenging and also technical; what else would you ask for?

I've been to many different places for boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing around the area, this place is by far the most professional authentic Muay Thai gym I've been to. Its not just a fitness gym, its a martial arts academy. You get to train with many experienced students here. its challenging and motivating. Kru Walter the head coach is incredible and other instructors are amazing too. Highly recommended.

This place was awesome. I came in from out of town and was amazed at how top notch this place is. If you live in the area do not waste your time anywhere else. This place has it all. It is perfect for the whole family. If you want to have your kids take a class the parents can observe from a different room. Most parents will understand how important that is. Also the kids room is separate from the adult room. Take a class while the kids take a class. If you're on the fence about trying a self defense make this your first stop.

What can I say ... Kru Walter is incredible on how he pushes you and makes you burnt out after an hour of muay thai and/or boxing class. He keeps you motivated. Ive never felt soo tired and refreshed after a work out session as I have here. One of the best muay thai gyms in LA ...

Probably the most professional gym I've ever been to. There are some genuinely fierce fighters and everyone is goal oriented. The best place to train if you want to work up to competitions and win.

Objectively the best muay thai training I have ever had by far! Kru Walter and his team of active fighters have more than enough bang for your buck. On a side note the atmosphere and commoditie make you really feel at home. I love you all, thanks for helping me change my life for the better.

Well my son has now been training here for over a year. He does Muay Thai three days a week with the Kru's wife. She is a lifelong martial artist. Her father is Great Grandmaster Ralph Castro, who created Shaolin Kenpo Karate, and she has mastered numerous martial arts. To have her teach your children is an honor. She also teaches Shaolin Kenpo one day a week. And Brazilian Ju Jitsu is taught 3 times a week by the Forza 300 camp under Fernando Castillo (a Ralph Gracie Black Belt). So, my 6 1/2 year old is at he gym 6 days a week. And he loves it. If I feel lazy, he makes me take him

My nephew who is learning Muay Thai found Sityodtong LA while on vacation this summer. He is all into It overseas but amazed to find out world champion head coaches right here in Pasadena. His trip was short, so he tried to arrange as many one-on-one lessons with the head coach Kru Walter. Came back every time soak in sweat but absolutely loved every minute of it.

Not only trained by Thailand's Royal Family appointed conservator of Muay Thai, the acclaimed Arjarn Yod Tong Senanan. Kru Walter won 8 championship belts in Thailand with over 25 years of experience in Muay Thai. FYI, Muay Thai

I came in to sityodtong expecting a fighters gym but instead what i experienced was a cardio fitness facility. The majority of the attendants appear to be there for recreation with the exception of a handful of commited fighters. The trainers are humble despite being reputable fighters, some of them still active.

The various classes taught throughout the day and week make it difficult to coordinate with ones personal schedule, wether it be school or work. its a gym that offers muay thai, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling. It sounds great on paper but in actuality you lose the ability to walk in

Hello,

I came in yesterday for the free trial, and it was exactly what I was looking for in a gym. Beginner class that can lead eventually lead to fighting competition. It's close and clean facility from where I live. I actually did not sign up do to a 'fitness' clause of no competition in the contract, but was planning to do it for the year. The owner really couldn't give me a straight answer at the time. The owner did call me apologizing about a certain telephone conversation yelling into the phone, and was very professional in the message.

I think it's a great school

If you are looking for something different and a challenge in your fitness that will kick your booty, lose body fat, lose weight, and build confidence and most importantly learn how to defend yourself.....then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!

I joined the Fight Fit Boot Camp (FFBC) in Mar-2014, i5:30AM Mon-Fri sessions. What I love about FFBC is...you are doing something different everyday to shock and challenge your body. You are not working out with the same routine. The amazing coaches are always ready to challenge you and take you to the next level. My 8yrs old son is now part of the Sityodtong

I found this place due to a groupon - Bootcamp at 5:30am 5 days a week for one month. I haven't exercised in years, so getting up early to exercise would be a challenge for me. Losing weight even more of a challenge.

I have been going for 8 months and don't want to stop. This has been the best body training I've ever done. Not a workout but training. I've tried the "gyms" but this is personal training at it's best. I've lost weight. I've shaped my body. I worked my butt off. I have a great time talking to the others that come and making new

I've been with Sityodtong for a little over half a year now and can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences I have ever had.

Growing up, I never had the chance to learn a martial art but I knew it was something that I wanted to try. I wanted a workout that would challenge me both physically and mentally and it was exactly what I got and so much more. The coaches and trainers at Sityodtong are beyond encouraging and made me feel right at home even from the start. I began with the Muay Thai Fitness class in the mornings and slowly branched into the Boxing Fitness classes. Let
