Doctors are good but unfortunately our family has decided not to go to this facility since the billing office will frequently code the visits incorrectly, leaving us to be on the calls for hours between Novant's billing department and the insurance company to dispute the bills. The incompetence of the support and billing staff more than over-shadows the doctors their that do their best to serve the patients.

I have been going there for a Years. Melissa Ratliff and Jamie were wonderful. The office tho years ago noticed it was going down. Other doctors just do not have the same bedside manner and are negligent. For the past few years I was made to feel like I was not on top of things. Tho everyone that knows me know how on top of things I am and organized. My son did not make the football team before the pandemic and after the pandemic/ this year. Due to their negligence.

Dr. Abukar has betrayed my trust and her hypocratic oath. She ordered unrelated and damaging lab work without informed or express consent. I can not go into detail because of possible pending litigation. She has been reported to the NC Board of Medicine and Novant. Its hard to tell how many countless people are in danger of her reckless behavior. If you value your privacy and saftey please do yourself a favor and find a physician that you can trust.

Dr Gilchrist, has been my PCP for over 12 years! He is genuine, empathetic, knows how to check records quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate Dr Gilchrist because he got me through a tough life changing event with lots of empathy towards me! Honestly, he treats me like family. He is definitely a top tier primary care physician!!

We've been going here for 5+ years and love Dr. Parker and Dr. Smalls and their medical teams. However, we're really disappointed with how reluctant the front desk and administration was to help us with an insurance issue we had recently. I only started receiving some answers once I continued elevating the problem and still feel as though some of my concerns were not addressed. Ultimately, the administration left me feeling like my problems were not their problems.

I was seeking a new physician after relocating. Blakeney Family and Dr. Harriet Davis more than exceeded my expectations to provide (me) the best experience and care. From "good afternoon, how can we help," to the final smiles visible through masks, every part of my experience was fantastic. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Other than my dentist, I have never been so excited about healthcare services! I am excited about my future care. This is what primary care should be for everyone.

Very bad experience on last visit in Aug 2021. Very bad lab employee who doesn’t know how to draw blood from arm vein. Placed needles on both arm vein and one vein got thick blood and put my blood in trash in front of me. Bruise both my arm vein. Inexperienced, Incompetent, careless, ignorant, very rough in blood draw, unprofessional employee works at their lab.
Secondly my prescription requires prior authorization and this assistant for family physician Augustus G Parker didn’t even submit prior authorization to insurance for over 4 business days.

On the occasions that I've been to this facility, I've always been taken care of very well. From the moment I entered the facility to the time I've left it's all been good. Front desk people are helpful and courteous and listen to what one has to say in regards to what they need. The people who do the lab work are awesome as are the physicians in this facility.
