Josie Whitmore, NP is the best medical provider I have ever had! She is patient, caring, and going to see her is like going to see a friend. She always takes time to carefully explain options and offer medical advice and is very present—never distracted or rushed. She cares about you as a person and as a patient and is so easy to talk to. I cannot say enough good things about her or the entire Novant team, including Ana and Dominique who greeted me and got me checked out quickly.

As soon as I walk in the door I’m always treated with the upmost respect. The gentleman that checked me in is very welcoming. (Use to be an amazing lady that sat there) The sweet lady that took my blood pressure etc is the sweetest and my nurse practitioner (Ms. Josie Whotmore) is always on her A game, ready to listen and give you her best advice. It’s nothing like loving where you are being treated for your health. Thanks to everyone that makes the team amazing!

Dr. Anthony Elkins has provided osteopathic and medical services for several years. He has contributed greatly to my finding a physical balance for chronic back and arthritic infirmities without surgical interventions.

It's an uncaring place of business that wants to withhold prescriptions even though you visited recently. They might not have been getting much money out of me, but now they will get none. There are plenty of other clinics out there that will do right by their patients.

I switched from Steele Creek to this location. Leena Mitchell FNP was very attentive to my health concerns and questions at first visit. We discussed a health plan, and, she followed up with a message in MyChart explaining my test results. I've finally found someone who treats me as if I were their family member w/ health concerns.

My experience with Josie Whitmore, FNP has been very engaging in such a positive manner. She listens to my concerns about my health as I'm that patient that suffers from WCS. I appreciate the comfort level that I have with her. The only complaint is the telephone. When calling to schedule an appointment, you'll be put on an indefinite hold and that's very concerning. I was on hold for approximately 8 minutes without speaking with anyone.

They know what they are doing. They got me in the back quickly and was seen by the doctor right after the nurse left the room. It was a very clean office. Very nice staff.

The office when it was another practice was awesome. I’ve been going to see Dr. Anthony Elkins since before I joined the Marine Corps. I had to be around 16 so that’s over a decade of my family going to this practice.
I hate to think it would all come to an end like that but as soon as they changed over to what is now Prosperity Family Physicians Executive center drive right in university their quality diminished.
Their employees even the ones I’ve came to know quite well have had to readjust their normally friendly and understanding attitudes to having no say in even their regulars because

Nice welcoming facility. The front desk representatives were prompt, courteous, and personable. Dr. Clements will be missed. He’s a doctor on top of his profession. I wish him well.
The staff inside and checking out were patient and respectful as well.

I was a patient at the former location here and have not had a good experience since. The wait time to even get through to someone is brutal and this morning in particular I called 3 times in a row to be put in the queue then someone would pick up and then promptly hang up. When I finally did get through I now find it takes over 30 days to get into my doctor - ridiculous - then I asked who can see me sooner and that took nearly 5-7 mins for her to answer - finally I needed to speak with the nurse of my doctor for a prescription refill - the receptionist who speaks fast and cannot be clearly understood
