Obviously I will not do the acupuncture remotely, but I will ensure your current supplements and herbs are correct, discuss acupressure, Qigong, meditation, lifestyle and diet. Allison's treatments are extremely helpful, for a number of reasons, but primarily for me they encourage the movement of my emotions. My feelings tend to get stuck in my body. She always knows the right therapies and approaches depending on how I feel. I am very grateful for that and would recommend her highly. She holds a uniquely safe and peaceful space.

Allison really helped ease and eliminate the uncomfortable symptoms of my pregnancy and continues to help me feel balanced and healthy. I was new to acupuncture and pretty skeptical. I had a series of complex issues. Alison was up front with me. My pain had been with me for months. Physical therapy was not helping. I decided to see Alison.
She was up front and indicated we would need a series of sessions and we needed to be patient (there were muscular and joint issues). Alison was a fantastic listener, rare in the medical profession. Some days the treatment made no difference, sometimes the pain moved to different parts of my body and some days there was no difference. But with a lot of discussion and persistence, the problems

Alison has been treating me for a few weeks for several different issues (back, shoulder, elbow, digestion, and menopause). I was very skeptical at first but quickly noticed many of my aches and pains were significantly improved even after the first couple sessions. She is kind, patient, intuitive and knowledgeable, and uses a variety of different techniques along with supplements to support the acupuncture treatments. I’m honestly amazed at the progress she has made in helping me feel better, I can’t say enough good things about her and her practice.

Alison is the most grounded, personable and skilled acupuncturist I have seen, and I have seen many. I think she is gifted in her ability to be incredibly attuned to each person as an individual; she really listens, never gives unsolicited advice, and is extremely thoughtful and nuanced about what treatment to give. I don’t feel judged or critiqued by her which is really important to me, as it is important to be open with a practitioner about both your physical and mental health, which can be quite vulnerable. I feel comfortable with her in a very precious and unique way. She is very genuine

I started seeing Allison when I was having an autoimmune flare. She sat with me for 10 minutes at the beginning of each appointment, listening to me to gain a full understanding of what I needed. She was so thorough and compassionate, and I felt better after each visit. I saw her regularly to treat my autoimmune disease, and then more frequently after I was in a car accident. Allison was always flexible with my schedule and dealt directly with the insurance company so that I could have a stress-free experience as I recovered. She is so sweet and such a healer. I am so happy I found her!

I was having a variety of issues from tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, shoulder pain, menopause, you name it! After just a couple sessions I started to feel amazing results. It’s been a couple months now and all my issues have improved so much and most are 100% better. I can’t say enough about Allison and her approach, she’s patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

If you haven't gone to see Allison you are missing out!! I have been to many acupuncturists and Allison is THE best. She is kind and caring and so supportive. She really listens to everything I have to say, which is often times a lot and she is always patient with me. She knows so much about how to help and has AMAZING techniques that no one else uses. I ALWAYS leave feeling better than when I walked in and it lasts for a long time. I had the most painful sciatica and Allison totally got rid of it. It took a few weeks of going, but it was gone!!! Being able to schedule on line is a plus because
