In the belief that the human body, mind, and spirit are connected as one integral whole, The Center for Human Holistics is dedicated to a thoughtful, integrated approach to the health and wellbeing of its patients. Drawing from a broad spectrum of both allopathic and alternative healing traditions, we work in partnership with each patient to develop a holistic plan of care that attends to the multi-faceted needs of the whole person.

The care we offer weaves together the many remarkable scientific advancements of the past decades with the timeless principles of the art of medicine that have developed over many hundreds of years.
Services
We place heavy emphasis on the initial consultation process, taking great care to assess and fully explore all aspects of a patient's needs before developing a holistic plan that responds to the needs of the whole person. A comprehensive lifestyle assessment is an important part of this evaluation process.
Individuals struggling with depression who have otherwise not received relief with medications, other treatments or experienced intolerable side effects for depression symptoms- may have success with TMS. Medications often cause uncomfortable side effects and are not always effective. In treatment-resistant depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation offers another option for a pain-free, non-invasive alternative therapy; without medication.
The challenging symptoms of ADD/ADHD - difficulty sustaining focus and attention, difficulties with organization and follow-through, and low frustration thresholds. The disabling symptoms of anxiety disorders, including panic attacks and obsessive-compulsive behaviors, can seriously erode a patient's wellbeing and their ability to function in the world.
Nutrition is one of the pillars of our health and nutritional deficiencies contribute to many health-related difficulties. Gluten has been shown to be associated with many different diseases that can affect every aspect of the body and mind.

Food intolerances, which have become increasingly prevalent in recent years, are not allergies as defined in the allopathic tradition, but they can lead to a host of health problems as diverse as irritable bowel, eczema, migraines, heartburn, depression, fatigue, and inattention - just to name a few. While many of these conditions develop slowly from childhood, they can also be turned around and managed very successfully.
