Do Not take your Convertible or Soft-Cloth top car to this Car Wash.
They sprayed my top, and gave me an attitude about drying it.
I had to drive off with all the water sitting on my top for all the water stains to sink in.
I do not know how I’m going to deal with the water damage.
My top is destroyed - I have to take it to get upholstered from water damage. The top was perfect before I took it in.
I contacted State Street Car Wash - they said the top is not supposed to be touched, only if they are doing a cleaning of it.

This is literally the best car wash I've ever been to. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. To top it all off they are very detailed orientated and compared to other car washes they are really fast.
I would recommend this place to everybody if I could give them 20 Stars I would give them 20 Stars LOL

IMPRESSIVE! I’ve been to multiple hand car wash places and this place was able to deliver the best results and made my car glow! The tire shine and the gloss on both inside and out of my car lasted for weeks, the customer service was on point, and the wash was quick! They definitely exceeded my expectations with the results of the wash, I highly recommend this place

Let me start with the fact that I’m very OCD about my car. I took my car to the car wash and was surprised how thoughtful they were when they were washing the car ahead of me. They walked through the whole process of the wash. Customer service was on point and the car wash was flawless. They take care of your car like it’s their own. Thanks guys!
